Haley Goldblatt, LPC-A

Middletown Team (She/Her)

You may feel exhausted from constantly worrying about food, your body, your relationships, or the expectations you place on yourself. Maybe you feel disconnected from yourself, overwhelmed by emotions, stuck in cycles of self-criticism, or unsure how to move forward. Whether you are navigating an eating disorder, disordered eating, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, or a difficult relationship with yourself, you do not have to navigate these experiences alone. Therapy can be a space to slow down, feel supported, and begin building a deeper understanding, connection, and compassion for yourself.

As a person-centered therapist, I believe the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful change. I strive to create a collaborative, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to explore your experiences at your own pace. I provide holistic, mind-body-based therapy for adolescents and adults, with particular clinical interests in eating disorders, disordered eating, body image concerns, anxiety, self-esteem, and identity exploration. My approach integrates evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and somatic approaches to support emotional regulation, mindfulness, and nervous system awareness. As a trauma-informed yoga teacher with over five years of teaching experience and a Reiki Master, I incorporate my understanding of the mind-body connection, mindfulness, and holistic wellness into my therapeutic work while honoring each client’s unique beliefs, values, and goals.

My goal is to create a warm, affirming, and safe space where you feel truly seen and accepted. I recognize that healing looks different for everyone, and I tailor therapy to meet each client where they are while honoring their strengths and lived experiences. I am passionate about supporting individuals and families as they navigate challenges, strengthen relationships, and build healthier patterns of communication and connection. I am committed to providing LGBTQIA+ affirming, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed care for clients from all backgrounds and identities. Together, we can work toward greater self-compassion, resilience, and a deeper connection with yourself and others.
