Brittney West, LPC-A
Middletown Team (She/Her)
Hi! I'm Brittney, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who values creating a safe, supportive space where you can feel truly seen and understood. I believe healing happens within a trusting therapeutic relationship and that therapy is most effective when we work collaboratively while honoring your pace, strengths, and goals.
I specialize in supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, self esteem, and trauma related experiences. I practice from a trauma informed lens and integrate Person Centered approaches and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to support meaningful and sustainable change. I am especially attentive to how attachment, identity, and systemic experiences can shape emotional well being.
In my work, I strive to create an environment that feels warm, nonjudgmental, and empowering. I am grounded and present in session and prioritize helping you build clarity, strengthen emotional resilience, and feel more confident in your choices. You do not have to walk this path alone, and I am here to support you as we explore what matters most
