Ande Aliberti, LPC
Middletown, CT & Telehealth (She/Her)
I'm Andrea Aliberti, but I go by Ande. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in CT, currently going for her Doctorate in Health Science, and I'm here to tell you that exhaustion that you feel is real. It's exhausting getting through the day when the past keeps showing up, the present feels overwhelming, and you don't even begin thinking about the future without spiraling. You might feel a constant sense of unease —that knot in your stomach, the tension in your jaw and ache in your shoulders, the way your mind races when all you want is peace.
It's difficult to move forward when you're constantly looking over your shoulder, doubting and berating yourself, and wondering why relationships feel so complicated or painful. You may feel like you're always waiting for the shoe to drop or like you're never enough. Not for your family, you friends, or even yourself. You long to feel seen, safe, settled, and whole.
If any of that resonated with you, I'm so glad you found me. I'm here to help you and I'm so proud of you for taking this first step. It's one of the hardest you'll take in this journey.
I specialize in helping people like you navigate the deep impacts of trauma. With experience from a variety of settings, I can help you tap into your inner wisdom and strengths. I believe you are the expert in your own life and I see you as a whole person with a unique story and an innate resilience. I believe everyone has the capacity to heal and grow when provided with the space to do so. I strive to be this space. I am dedicated to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and a respected in a world that insists you stay small. Quiet. Invisible.
Using insights from different therapeutic models and neuroscience, we won't just talk about your past or current concerns; we'll work to understand how those experiences have shaped your brain and body. By integrating a holistic health approach, we'll explore the connection between your mind, body, and spirit —bringing awareness to sleep, nutrition, movement, and stress—so you can find lasting regulation and genuine well-being.
My goal is to help you move from surviving to thriving. I am here to walk alongside you on this journey offering whatever guidance and support is needed as you discover your most authentic and healed self. Let's work together to understand your system, heal old wounds, and build a life that feels safe, peaceful, and truly yours. Reach out to Small Victories Wellness to set up an intake appointment with me to begin. I can't wait to be a passager in this journey of yours and watch you grow.
